Do I need a prescription to order?
No. You can order non-prescription (plano) lenses in any frame. For prescription lenses, you’ll enter your prescription details at checkout. We accept prescriptions in all standard formats.
How do I enter my prescription?
At checkout, enter your sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL), axis, and add values exactly as written on your prescription. If you’re unsure, our prescription guide explains every field in plain English. You can also upload a photo of your prescription.
What is the strongest prescription you accept?
We accept prescriptions up to ±10.00 sphere and ±4.00 cylinder. For prescriptions over ±6.00, we strongly recommend 1.74 high-index lenses and a smaller lens diameter (under 50mm) for the best visual result. Read our strong prescription guide.
Can I get progressive lenses in rimless frames?
Yes. All our oval, round, and standard rectangular frames are compatible with progressive lenses. We recommend frames with a minimum lens height of 34mm for progressives — all compatible frames are clearly marked. Read our progressive guide.
Frames & Materials
Are all your frames really titanium?
Yes. Every frame in our collection uses beta titanium temples and pure titanium bridge hardware. No zinc alloy, no cheap steel. Frame weights range from 5 to 9 grams depending on style.
Do rimless glasses break easily?
Not with proper care. The main maintenance requirement is checking screws monthly — loose screws are the most common cause of lens damage in rimless frames. Our frames include a small screwdriver and care guide. For a full breakdown of durability, read our rimless glasses durability guide.
Can I get the lenses replaced?
Yes. We offer lens replacement for all FrameZero frames — simply contact us with your new prescription and we’ll send replacement lenses. Replacement lenses start at $39.

How long does shipping take?
Standard orders: 7–10 business days (prescription lenses are made to order). Rush processing available at checkout: 3–5 business days. Non-prescription orders: 3–5 business days standard. See our full shipping information.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, free returns, no questions asked. Prescription lenses are non-refundable under consumer goods regulations, but we offer a free remake if there is a prescription error or manufacturing defect. See our full returns policy.
