Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your rimless glasses. If for any reason you don’t, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
30-Day Free Returns
Return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the frame cost. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid shipping label. No questions asked.
Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are made specifically to your prescription and cannot be resold — they are therefore non-refundable under consumer goods regulations. However: if there is a prescription error or manufacturing defect, we will remake your lenses free of charge. If you receive glasses and the prescription doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Free Remakes
We offer a free remake within 60 days if: your prescription was entered incorrectly on our end, there is a manufacturing defect in the lenses, or the frame arrives damaged. Contact us within 60 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a remake.
How to Return
Email our returns team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send a prepaid label within 24 hours. Pack the glasses in the original case, attach the label, and drop off at any USPS location. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
