All prescription orders are made to order in our optical lab. Non-prescription orders ship from our warehouse.
Prescription Orders
Standard processing: 7–10 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Rush processing: 3–5 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee). Processing time includes lens manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Non-Prescription Orders
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Express shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75: $6.95 flat rate standard shipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Orders can also be tracked via your account at My Account. If your order hasn’t moved in 3 business days after the tracking number was sent, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
